How to use the unused rotis i.e the stale chapattis By Bandeep, Punjab, India
Without putting it in mere wastage zone:
This can be quiet helpful and can help in preventing wastage to a great extent. Many of us do not like to have the stale food, of a day old, not more, because of the unusual taste it has, so below i am presenting a
purely desi method to save ur wastage! this is a simple technique and also a delicious one too! hope you all like and appreciate as well..
Take a basin mixture, basan mixture can be prepared as:
Put some basin in a bowl as per the number of rotis, add the required spices, ie, salt of desired amount, dry dhania, nicely cut dhania leaves, nicely grated green chillies, red chilly powder(as per your requirement}n very very little oil! this you have with you the basan mixture!
Now, apply the mixture to both the sides of the rotis and put in on the pan with oil on it already warmed 2-3 minutes b'fore! keep frying it for some time till it get cooked, that you can make out for yourself!
The final product is just too good to resist !! i hope u all would relish, as i do!
Seems like a good idea. Shall try it out someday, though 'when' is the issue, as, thanks to all the hungry dogs in my lane, I never have any stale ones!
