In Poetry - ………….ET TU By Seema Buckshee, Mumbai, India
………….ET TU
Do you too
Scribble mental notes
Laugh at private jokes,
Amuse fictitious audiences with wit and wisdomDo you too
Arch an eyebrow, straighten your back and smile
Devastatingly
Over your shoulder
In the bathroom mirrorDo you too
Dance with the raindrops
Sing
Unexpectedly and soulfully
Though not always
Very tunefullyDo you too giggle with the
Kids at
Follies
Mostly your own
Are you the one rushing in boldly
Where angels fear to treadGrace me with a meeting soon
Maybe then
I might just feel a bit normal

That was a nice poem with simple words used well and sparingly. Keep it up.
